I bought new laptop Dell aspiron-7559 and it had with Dell user. As dont find the root user so reinstall the ubuntu again.
So I install Ubuntu 18 with UEFI mode and after installed succesfully when I clicked restart now it freezes.
So I turn off and turn on again then log in promt came and I put password and clicked sign in then again freezes.
last few days I am trying a find out the problem and several times installed. But when I installed Ubuntu and log in automatically. Then can able to access ubuntu. But again when restart/ shutdown the pc it stucks again.
What is the problem? Do I need to install any packages or change the congifurations?
