I have a doubt about worlds first regional OS. If we google about that result showing Inudus OS. But according to Wikipedia Indus os was found on 2015. In the case of Kylin, it was found on 2001. It is specially announced for Chinese users. So which one is the first regional OS.

  And Kylin is an Ubuntu variant that appeared recently, certainly not in 2001. In that era standard Ubuntu didn't yet exist.
