I have installed Ubuntu 19.04(Disco_Digno). I am getting very weak wifi signal. I tried every method possible given over web. Can someone please help me.
1) I have enabled Legacy support and disabled the secure boot setting in bios setting
2) I possibly clone the driver from git (lwfiger) and installed but it also didn't work for me.

Is there any other method to get good range wifi signals?

Legacy has nothing to do with (if anything it can make it worse) and secure boot is also unrelated if the WiFi already works (drivers are loaded). Now please edit post the exact WiFi device you have by editing the question.

  • Please edit to include results for grep [[:alnum:]] /sys/module/rtl8723be/parameters/*
