Kamiennik (Polish pronunciation: [kaˈmjɛɲːik]; German: Kamnig) is a village in Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kamiennik.[1] It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Nysa and 57 km (35 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 680.
