I have just bought a second hand Sony Vaio laptop which is running Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. It is supposed to have windows vista on it but I have ni idea how to access it so I went and bought a new disk with a proper product key but when I try to run it it comes up with "an error occurred while loading the archive". All I want is windows installed. ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!! Oh and Im not that tech savy!! :(
