everybody.
I'm sitting in Iran trying to set up a smart VPN on a laptop.
I have set up a PPTP VPN server on my WRT 1200 AC with DD-WRT. With my Android phone the PPTP connection works perfectly. All pages that are blocked in Iran can be accessed on my mobile phone without any problems. When I connect my Xubuntu laptop via PPTP, the connection is established and I also surf with my German IP. Nevertheless, blocked websites (Telegram, Facebook, Youtube, ...) cannot be accessed.
So it is clearly due to Xubuntu behavior. Is anything missing in the settings? See attached screenshots.
