UBUNTU 18.10 installed clean. Connection manager shows that connection established. WIFI login page does not appear. It looks like there is no internet connection. Tried RDP over LAN works perfect. Realtek external adapter - same result. Debian goes without problem. Previous UBUNTU 15 works well.

Tried installing to VMware. Used LAN as bridge - no luck. Directly connected USB adapter to VM - fail.

All above steps - network connection established, DHCP addresses received - internet fails. I am not able to check on another network for those are not available around.
