When playing Minecraft game (version 1.12.2) upon changing worlds in multiplayer mode or when I want to go to lobby (I type /hub), a dirt background appears, my mouse disappears for about 10 seconds, and then, after 2 minutes, I get message: server disconnected go to server list. The same happens if I go to nether. If I restart computer it is better for 5 minutes or so and after that it starts crashing again. My internet connection is otherwise ok, I don't get disconnected. I played Minecraft before without problems, this started happening without obvious reason. I installed Oracle java, but problem is still there.

My system: ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS, Gnome 3.28.2, memory 4 gb, AMD phenom II x2 545 procesor, 64 bit

How can I diagnose cause of my problem and solve it? Thank you
