just updated from 18.10 to 19.04. I have a dual monitor setup, where my secondary display is in portrait mode. However since the update my right monitor has a black area on the bottom. Apparently when I move the physical display setup setting to match their height - the portrait monitor does not show anything below the bottom line of the primary one. Just a black spot. I can move my mouse over it, but no right clicks and windows disappear in the bottom when I drag them there.
