I installed Ubuntu Sever 16.04 fresh with raid 5 setup with any issues during installation, however, the machine gets stuck in a reboot loop on OS load. I can access the grub menu but none of the options boot successfully (even recovery mode). Every selection just immediately reboots the machine without any output. Did a mem test on the memory and the hard drives are brand new so unsure if it's a hardware issue.

What should I try next? Is there way a way to get verbose output when the OS tries to load and can I halt the reboot from happening so I can find out what's going on? Is there a way to access any OS load failure logs from the live disk?
