I have Ubuntu 14.04 and 18.04. when I boot screen will display like minimal bash like line editing is supported...etc. can I delete EFI partition to solve this problem..???



sda1 - E F I partition,
sda2 -filesystem root (14.04),
sda3 -swap,
sda4 -/home (14.04),
sda5 -BIOS boot,
sda6 -filesystem root (18.04),
sda7 -/home (18.04)
