My distribution is based Ubuntu 18.04, KDE Neon. It is meant to be a stable distro stuck on a Ubuntu LTS distro with rolling Plasma/Qt upgrades from their own repo.

There is no cosmic nor disco repo for Neon's repos. I would like to fix my issues and stil keep 19.04 despite conflicting packages. To accomplish this I need assistance in finding the conflicting packages and override apt and pkcon if possible.
