Whenever I run apt-get For example: apt-get install bash bison gawk m4 it says this:

E: Could not open lock file /var/cache/apt/archives/lock - open (13: Permission denied) E: Unable to lock directory /var/cache/apt/archives/.

I tried to fix it using

sudo/mv/var/cache/apt/archives/lock/var/cache/apt/archives/lock_bak

but it says this:

mv: cannot stat '/var/cache/apt/archives/lock': No such file or directory.

How can I fix this?
