Been happily using 19.04 since the beta. After a seemingly minimal update software that only showed vscode (unless more happened in the background prior) a restart and I got a blinking cursor (not terminal/console). From advanced option using kernel 5.0.0-8-generic things work fine for me. Is there known issues with 5.0.0-11-generic? Could my installation have corrupted somehow, any way to fix my 5.0.0-11-generic install?
