nautilus-data isn't a plugin. The package contains some data files for Nautilus, like the Nautilus icon in various sizes and GSettings schema definitions.
It's a packages of its own because some of the files are used by other programs, too

It looks to be spyware from the US government / navy - its on Wiki and some links. Question is whats is doing in Ubuntu / Mint in the updates - this sort of crap should be kept out - which obviously says government ladder climber {little wanna be dictators} off their leash thanks to democracy - circus of kids and clowns - have their meddling hooks in everything. I know squat about this stuff, but open source programmers should endevour to keep the tennicles out. Why would anyone want to dontate if the government has its dirty hooks in. Might have something to do with tor tracking. I saw xkeyscore / sparegun from the spies basically tracking tor through every root / path it took.
