    Can you try and remove the RAM modules, maybe clean the sockets with compressed air and put the modules back in? You can also try swapping them around so that they're in a different order. I am not sure why, but this has reportedly solved problems like yours numerous times already.

It works after I clean the memories slot. It might be caused by the bad contact of hardwares.
