I just had to do a fresh install of 18.04.2, and because of not being able to access the encrypted partition prior to this new install. I am now searching for a method that will allow me to boot into 18.04.2, enter my new encrypted partition password, and be able to run data recovery software from within this newly installed OS, without having to boot from a Live CD environment. Both of my 1TB drives are installed in my machine, and I don't have access to an external, so I'm searching for a method that will allow me to scan the encrypted partition while I am booted into it. Yes/No?
