Well I didn't exactly solve the root problem, but... I got a 250gb ssd and installed it using legacy while having my 6tb as GPT. Now everything works as intended.

Well I didn't exactly solve the root problem, but... I got a 250gb ssd and installed it using legacy while having my 6tb as GPT. Now everything works as intended.
