So i wanted to upgrade my ubuntu packages, so i ran
sudo apt-get upgrade
but it's downloading at less than 10 kbps even though i am using a 4g network. usually i at least speeds above 200 kbps and if the connection is strong b/w 1-3 mbps.
so i wanted to test if it was a network issue, so i played videos on YouTube in Full HD, they worked fine.
so what's causing this and how to fix it?
