How to add a menu-item for debian-installer

0

I want to customize an Ubuntu iso, which adds an extra menu-item for installation process, which allows me to set a config.

For example, as we all know, the first menu-item of debian-installer, is to select the language, if I select en, the language of installed system will become en. So I want to do the same thing: I want to add a menu-item, which allows me to select between several options, the option can configure the installed system.

I've read this link: https://d-i.debian.org/doc/internals/ch02.html#idm306

But I still don't know what can I do.
