With an install (16.04 upgrade) of Ubuntu 18.04 about 3 weeks old, it is now taking about 5 minutes for my second monitor to come on. The standby/power light flashes between blue and off at a rate of 2 times per second during this time. The first monitor comes on right away. It always does this coming out of "sleep". It does it on boot-up almost all of the time. For the first 2 weeks after the upgrade, it was fine. Now this problem has been going for a week.
